Fees Payment – switch to Standing Order

 

In the hope of making the lives of parents and the committee much easier, we are switching to fees payment by standing order from January 2012. This will enable payments to be evenly spread across the year, and once set up, no further action will be required on the part or parents or committee unless fee rates change or children leave the club.

 

We have already begun to (successfully) switch to this payment method for new members, and we will be contacting all other members by email very soon, with personalised standing order forms for completion and return to the club treasurer. The committee hopes that parents will respond to these emails in a timely manner so that the setup process can be completed by the start of 2012, despite the Xmas post etc. Please look out for the email.
