21st Century Swimming With Bill Sweetenham

"The very best, latest and most complete swimming instructional series available."

ASCTA in conjunction with Master Coach Bill Sweetenham have produced a series of nine coaching videos. The videos cover an extremely wide variety of topics, and demonstrate the latest and most up to date drills and skills developed by Master Coach Bill Sweetenham. All drills, skills and drill progressions are clearly demonstrated from both under and above the water, as well as several different angles.

These videos are used as the basis and protocol for all Australian National Development Camps and Squads.

The videos are aimed at swimmers from learn to swim...to the elite champions. They contain many dry land demonstrations and continuous narration by Bill Sweetenham himself.

"All of these videos possess a clear, precise delivery hence making them a valued educational resource. The very positive response from those possessing the series has been overwhelming, and the feedback greatly appreciated. It has made the many hours of work developing them worthwhile". - Bill Sweetenham

These videos are a vital and necessary asset for any aspiring swimmer or coach.

"Drills contained in these videos are now protocol with Australia's National Development Squads. It is the desire of myself and ASCTA that the drills contained in this series are known and practiced by coaches and swimmers across Australia as they are used extensively during our National Development Camps. This also ensures national consistency and strong, consistent swimming program. I urge you to evaluate these videos for yourself - I trust you will find them like many others to be an educational experience." - Bill Sweetenham
