Twenty-nine swimmers attended the gala with our coaches Pete and Graham. We saw some fantastic swimming in the final round, lots and lots of PBS and great finishing positions You could really tell poolside that the swimmers felt more confident in the gala environment, all the swimmers were supportive of each other, going to cheer each other on in-between their own races. It was great to see, everyone competing did scorpions proud.  Sputniks round 4 consisted of Backstroke and butterfly and an IM, a repeat of round 2.

The first race was the 10 and 11 year olds 100 IM, 15 of our swimmers took to the pool, the age 10’s girls got us off to a great start Freya Pilkington got gold and Jessie Ford finished in 4th.
