Sputniks always finishes off with a relay and this week it was the freestyle relay, we were able to enter 3 teams into age 10/11 relay and 3 teams into the 8/9 relays. Everyone swam brilliantly with some great change overs.
There was real team sprit on the poolside - it was a brilliant night for Scorpions with so many PBs, and lots of happy, smiling swimmers after all their races, it was great to see. Our coaches Pete and Graham did a brilliant job poolside. We will see you all for round 3, in round 3 the races repeat themselves, so swimmers can compete in Breaststroke and Freestyle again along with an IM, please remember if you competed in round 1 you will have times for all the events so make sure you enter them on the entry form, it means you swim against swimmers of a similar speed, making it more likely to get PBs.
