Return to the Pool at Wilmslow
28 Aug 2020
.

Check your emails for the timetable for the Autumn term. This may be subject to revision as we explore how we can best utilise the allocated pool time.
As mentioned before we have not been able to access our historic slot on Sunday evenings and we no longer can start sessions at 7pm. We also can only have 6 swimmers per lane per 45 minutes. This has forced us to make some changes in the way time is allocated across the groups.
Groups are based on pre - lockdown groups apart from swimmers who were in Group G and in Year 8 at school. Unfortunately we cannot conduct time Trials at the moment to make changes and these would be difficult due to Swim England guidelines.
We are hopeful that Everybody Sport and Recreation will reevaluate our pool time as we approach Christmas and we will be able to offer swimming in a way closer to our previous offering. As we are hoping to return to a pattern more akin to our previous one, we are n ot currently updating SwimClub Manager but this decision is under review.
Prior to returning to the pool, you need to complete the Covid Health Screen and Risk Assessment; these are available in the Club documents.
As a club we have been heartened by those parents who have continued to pay. It is now time for those of you who have paused their payments to restart Standing Orders. The Standing Order Mandate is in the Club Documents and can be used and returned to your bank. Alternatively the details can be used to set up a Standing Order electronically online or in your banking app.
We look forward to seeing you in the pool for our first sessions back at Wilmslow on Thursday 3rd, Saturday 5th and Monday 7th.
